If you want to return an item, you can do so within 14 calendar days from the day the order is purchased.
Returns from Peninsula
For convenience, Fanalachic will arrange to send you to the dealer to pick up the package.
The item / s to be returned must be packed in perfect condition, with its original labeling and without any symptoms of having been used.
In the event that the product has any factory defect, the same deadline will be available to notify it. After the deadline, the company will not be responsible.
No changes are allowed in jewelry items or in bath clothes.
The reimbursement of the amount can be made by a discount voucher (instantaneously at the end of the return process), or through the original payment method (it takes 15 to 20 days).
If you have paid through cash on delivery or by bank transfer, you must indicate an account number to reimburse the amount.
The return from the Peninsula has a single cost of 3 euros for transportation that will be automatically deducted from the total amount of the return.
Returns from outside the Peninsula
For returns from the Canary Islands or from outside Spain, the client will be responsible for sending us the package in perfect condition.

How to make a return?
To make a return, go to the "My orders" section and click on the order detail.
Once clicked on "Detail", at the bottom of the page, you will find a section where you can select the product (s) you want to return.
If you cannot select any product, make sure you are within 14 calendar days of placing the order.
To correctly create the return, you must indicate the reason for the return.
On the other hand, you can select the preferred reimbursement method (discount voucher or original payment method).
Finally, you must indicate the shift in which you prefer the deliveryman to pick up the package (in the morning or in the afternoon).
The transport agency will be passed within 24/48 hours after receiving the return confirmation email.

We are working to facilitate the change of garment directly from the web. Meanwhile, if you prefer a change for another size or color or another different garment, you must request a return and make a new purchase.
